A WCF reader has informed us Mazda Bosnia and Herzegovina is offering an all-wheel drive system for the recently facelifted Mazda6.

The current generation Mazda6 came out back in 2012 at the Moscow Motor Show and shortly after its introduction the company announced they are taking into consideration an all-wheel drive system. We haven't heard anything on that subject since then but now it seems Mazda will offer the mildly facelifted 6 with an optional all-wheel drive arrangement.

The company's Bosnia and Herzegovina division is selling the wagon version with AWD in the Attraction and Revolution Top trim levels which both come with a four-cylinder 2.2-liter turbodiesel engine rated at 150 HP (110 kW) and 175 HP (129 kW), respectively. The Mazda6 Wagon Attraction gets a six-speed manual gearbox whereas the more expensive Revolution Top has a six-speed automatic transmission.

In terms of pricing, the Attraction trim in AWD guise costs KM 66,900 (about €34,223) while the range-topping Revolution Top AT AWD is KM 78,400 (€40,106).
