A heavily tuned Lamborghini Gallardo had an unfortunate end after the driver lost control while doing almost 200 mph.

Squeezing more than 2,000 bhp (1,491 kW) from a Gallardo is borderline insane but even so there are several twin-turbo conversions for Lamborghini's previous entry-level model. One such heavily modified Gallardo (by Heffner Performance) attempted a ½ mile run in Florida at the WannaGOFAST event but the sheer power of the car was just too much for the driver who lost control while the supercar was close to hitting the 200 mph (322 km/h) mark and ultimately ended up in a nearby pond.

He managed to get out of the tuned Gallardo safe and sound while the vehicle will need some repairs to get back into shape. If you are wondering why it doesn't have the rear bumper, that's because in previous runs the diffuser was damaged so they decided to remove the rear bumper altogether.
