The fiery incident occurred in the afternoon hours in the parking lot of a local restaurant and luckily nobody was injured. While the Tampa Fire Rescue team was struggling to put out the flames, the restaurant was evacuated just to make sure everyone got out safe and sound.

According to the preliminary investigation, the supercar - estimated to worth $150,000 - caught fire after a failure in the engine compartment. The 32-year-old driver who was interested in buying the Gallardo observed some flames coming from the car's rear end and decided to pull over when he noticed the engine compartment was on fire. He immediately called 911 to report the hazard.
