German media is reporting Bentley has decided to boost sales target to 20,000 cars by 2020.

Bentley delivered 10,120 vehicles last year but now they are aiming to increase that number to 20,000 by the end of the decade. Their initial plan was to increase annual deliveries to 15,000 cars by 2018 but now they believe the 20,000 mark can be achieved in 2020, fueled by high projected sales of their first crossover likely to be called Bentayga.

Back in July we heard Bentley saying they estimate the crossover will be bought by at least 3,000 people each year and together with other new models such as an entry-level coupe and/or Flying Spur four-door coupe could help reach the objective within the next five years. There are also some rumors suggesting Bentley will roll out an all-new model based on the unreleased Porsche Panamera Coupe while a new Azure is also possible. Bentley CEO Wolfgang Durheimer previously stated that if a new Azure will be out, a Brooklands will follow.
