AMG CEO Tobias Moers has revealed the company is working on a more extreme version of the Mercedes A45 AMG.

In an interview with Auto Express, Moers described the car as a “street fighter” and suggested it would not receive the familiar Black Series badging. As he explained, "A Black Series model is a race car, street legal, with two doors. Maybe we don’t use the label Black Series for that car, we are playing around with some ideas."

The executive declined to go into specifics but the magazine is reporting the car will have aggressive body kit, a stripped out interior and an upgraded engine. We can expect beefier brakes and high-performance tires.

Unfortunately, the model is several years off as Moers says AMG is being pushed to the limit right now with various other projects.
