Lexus has unveiled the LF-C2 concept at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

Designed to preview the company's future styling design direction, the LF-C2 is a 2+2 roadster with LED headlights and a unique spindle grille that has a "braided mesh theme." The concept also has aerodynamic mirrors, brake cooling ducts and a stylish rear deck. Other notable highlights include a rear diffuser, a four-tailpipe sports exhaust system and 20-inch five-spoke alloy wheels.

The cabin carries over from the RC Coupe and features a full-length center console, an analog clock and new touchscreen controls. The model also has two-tone leather upholstery, painted trim and LED ambient lighting.

Lexus declined to mention performance specifications but the presence of the four-tailpipe exhaust system suggests the car could have a 5.0-liter V8 engine that develops 467 bhp (348 kW) and 389 lb-ft (526 Nm) of torque.
