Porsche has released the first renderings of their 911 sculpture that will be installed at their headquarters in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen.

The sculpture echoes the one that was unveiled at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed and will be erected on a roundabout. It will measure 24 meters (79 feet) tall and consist of three "steles" that each have a Porsche 911 perched on the top. The company says they will use "various model years to document the history of the sports car icon, which has rolled off the production lines in Zuffenhausen for the past 50 years."

Porsche is currently working with traffic authorities and city planners to get everything signed off but they hope to begin construction next summer. If everything goes according to plan, the sculpture will be unveiled during a ceremony next fall.
