Following a preview last year, Lincoln has introduced their new Black Label program for the MKC and MKZ.
Set to offer an "elevated" customer experience, the Black Label program is being billed as a new way to "shop for, purchase and own a luxury automobile."
The program features a Black Label liaison who will meet with potential buyers at their home, office or anywhere within 30 miles of the dealership. They will act as personal shopping assistant and show prospective clients paint samples, material swatches and pieces of wood trim. They will also provide a presentation which highlights the unique characteristics about all the Black Label variants.
Speaking of the latter, there will be four different interior designs for the MKC and MKZ: Indulgence, Center Stage, Modern Heritage and Oasis. All include Venetian leather and Alcantara upholstery as well as special wood trim.
Exterior changes are limited but include exclusive colors, special badging and 19-inch painted aluminum wheels.
Buyers will also receive a number of benefits including:
- Four years or 50,000-mile extended premium service and maintenance coverage on wear items such as shock absorbers, engine belts and hoses, brake pads and linings, wiper blades and spark plugs
- No-cost rental vehicle while any covered maintenance is performed
- Remote service that lets Lincoln Black Label customers have their vehicle picked up and returned (within a 30-mile radius) while maintenance is performed
- Annual vehicle detailing
- Anytime car washes
- Culinary Collection membership: Black Label customers enjoy access to a curated list of restaurants from coast to coast, with noted chefs who will provide an at-your-service dining experience.
The Black Label variants will cost an additional $5,995 and the program will kick off next month at 32 dealers in six states.
