Texas Armoring Corporation (TAC) released a video in which they showcase their windshield can resist to an AK-47 fire assault.
Inside the black Mercedes-Benz GL was actually TAC's CEO Trent Kimball who had enough faith in the company's product to go through a test exhibiting the resistance of the windshield under the heavy fire of an AK-47.
One of the company's employees was responsible for shooting those 7.62 mm rounds into the SUV's windscreen and as you can see the test was a success as the CEO got out of the vehicle safe and sound. However, you probably have noticed the shooter didn't fire two shots in the same spot because that would have probably been too risky.
