Hyundai has unveiled the facelifted 2015 Accent that comes with minor visual and equipment updates.

In terms of design, the compact vehicle features a new radiator grille, headlights and taillights and 16-inch alloy and 14-inch steel wheels. The model will be available with three new exterior colors, including Vitamin C, Pacific Blue, and Misty Beige, and several new interior fabric patterns. The model also benefits from a revised LCD audio display that provides “greater readability”.

All 2015 Accent models will be powered by a 1.6-liter aluminum Gamma four-cylinder engine that produces 138 bhp (103 kW) and 123 lb-ft (166 Nm) of torque. Fuel economy is still EPA-rated at 27 mpg city / 38 mpg highway (US).

The base GLS variant with 6-speed manual transmission starts at 14,745 USD (11,780 EUR), while the automatic adds 1,000 USD (799 EUR) to the price. The range-topping Accent Sport that comes with roof spoiler is available at 17,305 USD (13,825 EUR) with a manual gearbox and at 18,305 USD (14,625 EUR) with an automatic. The Popular Equipment Package costs 600 USD (480 EUR) and adds steering wheel audio controls, a cruise control, Bluetooth hands-free phone and an adjustable steering wheel to the equipment.
