Following a preview from July, TechArt has released further details about their upgrade program tailored for the Porsche Macan.

Work started on the twin-turbo V6 3.6-liter engine which in its stock configuration is good enough for 400 HP (294 kW) and 550 Nm (405 lb-ft) but after the tuner worked its magic the motor now churns 450 HP (331 kW) at 6,200 rpm and 620 Nm (457 lb-ft) of torque at 2,700 rpm. The added oomph has lowered the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint time by 0.2 seconds to 4.4s while the top speed has increased from 165 mph (266 km/h) to 168 mph (271 km/h).

The Macan received a full transformation from TechArt as the compact crossover from Stuttgart has been equipped with an aerodynamic exterior package encompassing front & rear spoilers, side skirts, roof spoiler, rear diffuser and an optional carbon package with roof spoiler and side mirror trims for the Macan Turbo.

Various 21- and 22-inch wheels are available along with suspension upgrades, exhaust system with valve control and painted brake calipers while inside there are custom instrument dials, sport pedals, floor mats and foot rests. In addition, TechArt is offering a three-spoke multi-functional steering wheel, illuminated door entry guards and leather upholstery with decorative stitching.

Full details can be found in the press release area.
