An Italian stylist decided to cover her classic Fiat 500 in human hair, managing to take down her own Guinness World Record.

Back in May we saw the classic Volkswagen Beetle covered in 50,000 pieces of oak and now an eccentric stylist from Italy decided to apply human hair on a classic Fiat 500 to serve as a symbol of freedom and peace. The grueling process took more than 150 hours during which 44-year-old Maria Lucia Mugno applied human hair weighing 20 kg (44 lbs). With help from her assistant Valentino Stassano, she beat her own Guinness World Record established in 2010.

Still driving the car on a regular basis, Maria used hair imported from India because she says it's stronger compared to hair sourced from Europeans and this "upgrade" has raised the value of the Fiat 500 to a whopping €80,000. The idea emerged after a friend made a bet saying that she can't cover a car in human hair but as you can see that friend lost the bet.
