Buick recently unveiled the Envision at the Chengdu Motor Show and a new report is indicating it will come to the United States.

Citing company insiders, Edmunds is reporting the Envision will be launched in the third quarter of 2015.

Buick-GMC U.S. vice president Duncan Aldred declined to confirmed the news but told the publication "... it is a very nicely designed and executed product that is very much a Buick." He added the model would enter "a big segment in the U.S." so they're currently evaluating it.

As we have previously reported, the Envision slots between the Encore and Enclave and is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 256 bhp (191 kW) and 353 Nm (260 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to a six-speed transmission and an all-wheel-drive system which enables the model to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 8.4 seconds and return 8.8 L/100 km (26.7 mpg US / 32.1 mpg UK).
