Romanian manufacturer Dacia has revealed a pick-up version of the Duster SUV, created in collaboration with the local coachbuilder Romturingia.

The vehicle will be produced in a limited run of 500 examples, all of which will go to a key fleet customer in Romania. The first ten copies have already been delivered.

The pick-up is based on the facelifted Duster 1.5 dCi 110 4WD, which has 110 HP (81 kW) and four-wheel-drive. It has a bed with a length of 1.7 m (67 inches) and can carry up to 450 kg (882 lbs).

The Duster pick-up was spotted for the first time in the end of 2013, while this summer it was caught on camera while undergoing final testing. According to the information, currently Dacia is delivering standard Dusters to Rumturingia, who takes care of the transformation and sends back the final product.
