The visual tweaks can be noticed mostly on the front fascia where the crossover has gained a restyled bumper with new fog lights along with a modified grille and sleeker headlights. Besides fresh alloy wheel designs, other subtle revisions can be seen in the rear bumper while below the tailgate window there's a chrome trim.

Stepping inside the cabin, the 2015 Honda CR-V now comes as standard with a center console armrest, sliding sunvisors and rear console ventilation ducts. Clients will be able to configure their car with new equipment such as a ten-way power & heated driver's seat with memory, power tailgate, seven-inch Display Audio telematics interface and LED daytime running lights.

On top of these, Honda is also offering an array of safety & assistance systems including adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, collision mitigation braking, forward collision warning, lane departure warning and Honda LaneWatch.

For those willing to pay more, a range-topping Touring trim has been added that includes collision mitigation braking and lane keeping assist systems which have never been fitted onto a Honda before. In addition, the CR-V Touring also has adaptive cruise control which makes its debut on the crossover.

More importantly, the four-cylinder 2.4-liter gasoline continues to produce 184 bhp (137 kW) at 6,400 rpm but torque has been bumped from 163 lb-ft (221 Nm) to 181 lb-ft (245 Nm) at 3,900 rpm. It works with a newly developed CVT granting the FWD version with EPA-certified fuel economy ratings of 27 mpg city / 34 mpg highway / 29 mpg combined whereas the AWD will do 26 / 33 / 28 mpg. Compared to the 2014MY, mpg figures have increased for both FWD & AWD variants by 4 / 3 / 3.
