No less than nine McLaren P1s were gathered on the starting grid at Spa Francorchamps in Belgium for a short photo shoot.
Last week we saw five Aston Martin One-77s at Spa and now we can take a look at nine McLaren P1s lined up for a photo shoot, with two additional cars on the pitlane. As you can see, the vehicles are painted in various colors including white, orange, yellow, black, red and green, with the latter being a rather rare sight.
McLaren is already working on a proper track version of the P1 which will be sold only to the 375 owners of the road-going variant. While the regular P1 packs a 916 HP (674 kW) combined hybrid output, the track-only P1 GTR will be upgraded to an impressive 1,000 PS (736 kW) all wrapped around in a more aerodynamic body.
There's going to be a huge price difference between the two as the P1 was priced at £866,000 whereas the P1 GTR will cost £1.98 million and will be built by McLaren Special Operations (MSO). A debut of a concept is programmed for next week's Paris Motor Show, with production set to commence next year after all road-going P1s will be built.
