The three-door Range Rover Evoque has received the "SVR" treatment courtesy of a couple of renders made by "automotive manipulator" Theophilus Chin.
The most powerful Range Rover Evoque on sale today is the range-topping Autobiography Dynamic model which comes with a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine generating 285 PS (210 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. It's no match for Audi's RS Q3 which has 310 PS (228 kW) or Porsche's Macan S with its 340 PS (250 kW) output.
However, Land Rover could come up with a more worthy adversary for those two potent crossovers with a meaner SVR version of the Evoque. The recently established Special Vehicle Operations division could try and fit in JLR's supercharged V6 3.0-liter engine in the 340 PS (250 kW) variant. Matching the added oomph would be a similarly aggressive body kit as imagined by Theophilus Chin through these digital interpretations.
