These are the latest pictures of a Ford C-Max development prototype that is being readied for a production facelift. It was caught loitering in Germany and sports newly designed front and rear fascias.

The front end will feature a modified trapezoidal grille and restyled air intakes along with new fog and headlights. The rear meanwhile, gets restyled taillights and a modestly revised rear bumper.

Under the hood, the range of engines will remain largely unchanged. These will include a 1.0-liter EcoBoost petrol and a 1.6- and 2.0-liter TDCi diesel units.

Expect to see the 2015 Ford C-Max facelift officially unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in October.
