The second generation Hyundai i20 has been envisioned as a three-door hatchback.

It was only a couple of days ago when Hyundai unveiled the all-new i20 five-door supermini and now X-Tomi Design has decided to remove the rear doors. The first generation was offered in both body styles but at this moment it's unknown whether its successor will receive the same treatment since the first batch of official images depicting the European and Indian versions showed only the five-door model.

A suitable candidate for a three-door variant would have to be next year's Hyundai i20 N, representing the first performance model part of the newly established N division. Details about the model are not available at this point but we do know it will boast technology derived from the firm's WRC-related developments.
