Land Rover has released a new promotional clip for their fastest model ever, the 2015 Range Rover Sport SVR.

Billed as the "most dynamically focused" Land Rover, the Range Rover Sport SVR represents the work of JLR's recently established SVO division and comes with a number of upgrades over the previous range-topping Supercharged version. Output of the V8 5.0-liter supercharged gasoline engine was bumped by 40 bhp (30 kW) and 55 Nm (41 lb-ft) to 550 bhp (410 kW) and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) delivered to both axles through a sport-tuned 8-speed automatic gearbox.

Thanks to the uprated hardware, 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) is achieved in 4.5 seconds while 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) takes 4.7 seconds en route to an electronically-capped top speed of 162 mph (260 km/h). These performances have already allowed Land Rover establish a new record on the Nürburgring for an SUV with a time of 8 minutes and 14 seconds.

The high-performance crossover model can be visually distinguished by its more muscular body matched with a quad exhaust system and beefy 21-inch alloys wrapped around in Continental Cross Contact all-season tires. On the inside it packs front & rear sport seats covered in two-tone Oxford leather upholstery with SVR badging and reflective piping.

Set to debut tomorrow at Pebble Beach, the 2015 Range Rover Sport SVR starts at a pricey 110,475 USD (plus 925 USD destination charges) and from 93,450 GBP in UK.
