Back in May we saw a retired man from Bosnia placing 50,000 pieces of oak on a classic Volkswagen Beetle and now we get to see a Volkswagen Golf covered in popcorn. It represents the work of art student Lucas Danehnl from Germany who completed the project using an an air heating machine in approximately one year for the Braunschweig University of Art.

He selected a Volkswagen Golf from 1983 because it's "a vehicle that represents my generation" while the popcorn theme was selected since it "conveys joy and beautiful memories with family and friends", aside from being a tasty snack.
