Four prototypes of the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG in both sedan and station wagon versions were recently spied undergoing testing on the Nurburgring.

As TouriClips points out, the vehicles sound very different compared to each other, which probably hints that they are being tested in different driving modes. A new performance package is also possible.

As previous spy photos show, the C63 AMG in its two variants will feature an aggressive front fascia with a single bar grille and larger air intakes. On the back we can expect a new rear bumper with an integrated four-tailpipe exhaust system.

Power will come from a newly developed twin-turbo V8 4.0-liter engine that is rumored to have 476 PS (350 kW).

The C63 AMG Sedan and Estate are also rumored to debut online on September 24 and to be fully revealed at the Paris Motor Show in early October.
