Our spies have already caught prototypes of the GT4 variant testing so it's not that hard to imagine how the range-topping Cayman will look like. Seen here are a couple of digital illustrations providing an accurate perspective to what will end up being the fastest and most powerful Cayman ever. The most noticeable visual change compared to the current GTS derivative is a large fixed rear wing but other changes are also in tow, such as more aggressive bumpers with carbon fiber inserts as well as beefier wheels.

Expect the Porsche Cayman GT4 to adopt a stiffer and lowered sports suspension, bigger brakes (optional carbon fiber possible), functional rear diffuser and some interior tweaks as well denoting the model's high-end status.

In the engine department, the latest report indicates the use of a twin-turbo flat-six 3.8-liter engine generating approximately 450 PS (331 kW) which frankly sounds a bit too much since it would be too close to the 475 PS (349 kW) inside the 911 GT3 and way more than the Cayman GTS which packs 340 PS (250 kW).

An official launch of the Porsche Cayman GT4 (name not confirmed) is expected sometime in 2015.
