Land Rover has revealed the 2015MY Range Rover and Range Rover Sport which both come with a series of updates and will be available on order starting tomorrow.

First and foremost, Land Rover's engineers have managed to squeeze an extra 40 Nm (29 lb-ft) of torque from the 4.4-liter SDV8 engine which now offers 740 Nm (546 lb-ft) between 1,700 rpm and 3,300 rpm. The motor continues to develop 339 PS (249 kW) channeled to the wheels through an updated ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox featuring a revised torque converter now boasting a twin-spring damper.

Other changes include different puddle lamps, fixed panoramic roofs with power blinds as well as 19-inch Satin Dark Grey alloys for the Range Rover while the LWB variant can be had with 22-inch rims. Fresh body paints include Kaikoura Stone and Aruba Silver along with body-colored or black roof and door sills.

There's also an Intelligent Cargo Mode system which will automatically move the front seats forward when detecting contact with the rear ones. After the rear seats are folded flat, the front ones will automatically return to as close as possible to their original position.

Both the 2015 Range Rover and Range Rover Sport now come as standard with the InControl Remote and InControl Secure providing services such as SOS Emergency Call, Optimised Land Rover Assistance, Wi-Fi and the possibility to track the vehicle in case it's stolen.

Additional details can be found in the attached press release.
