So it has been a long time coming but Renault has finally announced they will be giving the all new Twingo it's debut at Geneva next week. The new Twingo is expected to be powered by such petrols engines as the 1.2 litre with 60 HP, 1.2 litre 16V with 75 HP, 1.2 litre 16V Turbo with 100 HP and a 1.5 dCi 70 HP diesel engine. It was reported that the designers had planned to make the new Twingo more upmarket and less nauseating but they were apparently knocked back by Renault boss Carlos Ghosn - a hard taskmaster who didn't think it would make a big profit and could also impede on Clio sales. Therefore we will be left with a basic entry level model fit for your grandma. The attached image shows WCF's spy rendering of what we expect it to look like.
