Honda has quietly introduced the 2015 Pilot Special Edition. It features additional standard equipment and special alloy wheels.
Honda has quietly introduced the 2015 Pilot Special Edition.
Designed to slot between the Pilot EX and EX-L, the Special Edition is distinguished by special badging and unique pewter gray aluminum wheels. The model has also been equipped with a power moonroof, Sirus XM satellite radio and a rear seat entertainment system.
Like the standard model, power is provided by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that develops 250 bhp (186 kW) and 253 lb-ft (342 Nm) of torque. It is connected to a five-speed automatic transmission which can be paired to an optional four-wheel drive system.
The 2015 Honda Pilot Special Edition will go on sale shortly and pricing starts at $33,120 (excluding an $830 destination charge).
