Subaru has announced the 2015 Legacy will be priced from $22,490 when it goes on sale in the United States this summer.
The entry-level 2.5i model is sparely equipped but features a four-speaker audio system, Bluetooth/USB/iPod/AUX connectivity and a touchscreen infotainment system with a 6.2-inch display. The model also has a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 175 bhp (130 kW) and 174 lb-ft (235 Nm) of torque. It is connected to a Lineartronic continuously variable transmission and a symmetrical all-wheel drive system which enables it to return 26 mpg city / 36 mpg highway (US).
Moving up to the $24,290 Legacy 2.5i Premium adds a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a 10-way power driver’s seat and dual-zone automatic climate control. There's also a six-speaker audio system and an upgraded infotainment system a 7-inch display.
If that's not impressive enough, the $27,290 Legacy 2.5i Limited boasts perforated leather seats, faux woodgrain trim and a 12-speaker Harman/Kardon audio system.
Last but not least, the range-topping Legacy 3.6R Limited costs $30,390 and features a 3.6-liter six-cylinder engine that develops 256 bhp (191 kW) and 247 lb-ft (334 Nm) of torque. It's paired to a Lineartronic continuously variable transmission and an all-wheel drive system which should enable the sedan to return 20 mpg city / 29 mpg highway (US).
