Fiat has released a couple of photos with the 500X's production body, ahead of a full reveal set for July 4.

It was only yesterday when we posted several spy shots of the 500X dressed in heavy camouflage and now we bring pics with the production-ready body. The shots were taken in Italy at Fiat's Melfi plant where the vehicle will be produced on the same assembly line as the Jeep Renegade since both vehicles share the platform.

Unlike the Renegade which looks like a petite crossover, the Fiat 500X will be more like a high-riding version of the 500 lineup which might not sound too impressive but the model will look quite appealing if the design of a pre-production unit shown in 2012 will be maintained.

The vehicle will be fully revealed on July 4th which marks the 57th anniversary of the original Fiat 500.
