Nissan Executive Vice President Andy Palmer has revealed Infiniti is considering an entry-level crossover to slot below the QX50.

Speaking to Automotive News, Palmer said "Is there room for a QX30? Most definitely." The executive also suggested the model could be launched in China first because it "would be hard for us to start with that sized car in the United States or in Europe."

While there were rumors that Infiniti would offer a rebadged version of the Nissan Juke, Palmer dismissed those reports as speculation. However, he noted the Juke would provide an ideal platform for an Infiniti crossover.
