The Caterham Seven has been on the market for almost 60 years now, in which it underwent several updates. The super-lightweight sports car produced in the United Kingdom started as a Lotus model, but in the mid 70s it became a kit and factory-built vehicle of Caterham.
It won’t come as a surprise if we see a successor to the sports roadster in the near future. Nothing is official yet, but thanks to renderings from Zolland Design, you have the chance to take a look at what the car could be.
As the designer says, the project features "an Indy roadster style with a retro twist that could look cool on a chassis from Caterham".
