The long-wheelbase Mercedes-Benz C-Class has been photographed once again, this time while arriving for its Beijing Motor Show official introduction.

Designed only for the Chinese market, the C-Class L will get its wheelbase stretched by 60mm to 2900mm so those sitting on the rear seats will take advantage of more legroom. Other than that, it will be exactly the same as the regular C-Class and will be offered with the AMG Sport kit as seen on the attached blue show car.

Following its debut on Sunday at the Beijing Motor Show, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class L will reach dealerships in the second half of the year, with production taking place in China at the Beijing-Benz joint venture. This isn't the only model of its kind in this segment as BMW is offering a 3Li while Audi has the A4L.
