NCE has developed a convertible conversion for the 2014 Cadillac ELR.
Brought to you by the same team who axed the roof of the Nissan GT-R, Range Rover and Porsche Cayenne, NCE is ready to offer its recipe for the very few people who actually purchased the 2014 Cadillac ELR which kicks off at 75,995 USD (41,000 USD more than the Chevrolet Volt).
Addressing to a limited crowd, Newport Convertible Engineering says U.S. owners of the ELR can ship their cars to the firm's main headquarters in California, while international clients can send it to the company's facilities in Barcelona, Spain or Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The conversion will be offered in limited numbers while pricing is available on request.
NCE surely won't be expecting lots of customers since Cadillac delivered only 58 ELR units in February and 41 cars a month earlier. December was ELR's first month on sale during which just six people placed an order.
