Citroën UK has disclosed pricing information for the second generation C1 slated to go on sale in June.
Following its introduction at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show last week, Citroën has announced the all-new C1 will begin at 8,245 GBP in UK for the entry-level Touch VTi 68 three-door variant (five-door from 9,895 GBP). Customers will be able to select from eight body colors, three alloy wheel designs and four upholstery finishes, while the Airscape's fabric roof will be available in three colors.
The base Touch model comes equipped with ABS, power steering, EBA, ESP, six airbags, electric front windows, remote central locking, LED DRLs and MP3/USB support. Opt for C1 Feel and you also get DAB, air conditioning, seven-inch touchscreen display, steering wheel-mounted controls as well as body-colored mirrors and door handles.
The high-end C1 Flair rewards its owners with 15-inch Planet rims, rev counter, speed limiter, leather-wrapped steering wheel, electrically heated and adjustable mirrors, reversing camera and dark tinted rear windows. For more money clients can select automatic headlights, keyless entry and start, various interior color packs and black leather upholstery.
The open-top Airscape can be had only in Feel and Flair trims, with a starting price of 10,345 GBP. Besides the aforementioned VTi 68 engine, the C1 can be configured with a more powerful VTi 82 while transmission choices include a five-speed manual and a five-speed Efficient Tronic Gearbox (ETG) available only with the lesser gasoline engine and in the five-door C1 Flair and C1 Flair Airscape versions.
