GM's Executive Vice President of Global Product Development has revealed GMC could get a standalone model that isn't a rebadged Chevrolet.
GMC likes to boast about their "Professional Grade" engineering but the truth is less spectacular as their lineup consists of rebadged Chevrolets.
This could soon be changing as GM's Executive Vice President of Global Product Development has confirmed the brand will offer a standalone model. Mark Reuss declined to go into specifics but responded "Oh, yes, you will" when asked if we'd ever see a GMC vehicle that was not a rebadged Chevrolet.
There's no word on when the model will arrive or what it could look like, but GMC has previously shown a stylish Granite concept which was billed as a Scion xB competitor.
