A Range Rover Convertible was seen cruising with the top down on the roads of Dubai.
Earlier this year in July we saw a convertible conversion for the latest Range Rover conducted by Newport Convertible Engineering (NCE). To our surprise, it seems someone was interested in a cabrio Range Rover and decided to give a considerable chunk of money to someone willing to cut off the SUV's roof.
We don't know if the car pictured here is the work of NCE but if it is, the customized Range Rover is based on the Autobiography version and is fitted with an electronically-operated soft top that can be opened and closed by pressing a button. Just like the image is showing, the roof can be concealed by a cover when it's lowered.
Far from being an eye-grabber, the Range Rover Convertible by NCE has entered limited production in August and is available at select Range Rover dealerships.
If you are waiting for something original, Land Rover is rumored to introduce a Range Rover Evoque Cabrio in 2014.
