The 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG facelift has made a comeback in a fresh new set of spy photos.

Most of the changes Mercedes’ designers are planning will be in the front and rear bumpers. Expect to find larger air intakes and a mildly modified front grille along with minor tweaks near the A-pillars. For the interior cabin we expect to find a redesigned steering wheel, a bigger COMAND knob and a huge COMAND display, as seen on the recently spied CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake.

Power will come from the same 5.5-liter V8 twin-turbo gasoline engine rated at 557 HP (410 kW) and 720 Nm (531 lb-ft) in the standard version or 585 HP (430 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) in the more expensive S-Model. The latter will do 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 3.6 seconds on its way to an electronically-capped top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).

The revitalized CLS family will likely go on sale towards the end of 2014 or in early 2015.
