Lamborghini has released another annoying teaser clip for the upcoming Gallardo replacement.

Episode 1 entitled "The Plan" started to tell the story of three friends who decided to travel to Lamborghini's headquarters in Sant'Agata Bolognese to grab an early view of the Gallardo successor. In Episode 2 "No Turning Back" we see the trio taking a guided tour and at one moment they manage to get through a back door to start their search for the new model.

Both videos don't reveal any details about the baby Lamborghini but it is believed the vehicle will look a lot like the attached render. A recent report indicates the car will not have scissor doors and won't receive the rumored "Cabrera" moniker. In addition, the entry-level model will allegedly have Miura-like grilles across the rear window while the back will look a lot like the Aventador.

Power is expected to be provided by a naturally-aspirated V10 5.2-liter engine rated at around 600 bhp (447 kW) sent to both axles through a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. This hardware setup should enable the Gallardo successor to reach 62 mph (100 km/h) in about 3.2 seconds.

An online reveal is expected before Christmas, but not before a few more of these inconclusive clips.
