The highly anticipated Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe has returned in a fresh batch of spy photos, ahead of what will be a 2014 market release.

The AMG version of the upcoming S-Class Coupe is certainly one of the most popular cars among our spy photographers as prototypes were caught on camera numerous times. Seen here is a car wearing the production body with those huge air intakes in the front bumper while the back shows sleek taillights derived from the gorgeous Concept S-Class Coupe exhibited in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

While the design remains mostly unknown, underneath the hood there shouldn't be any surprises as we expect to find the V8 5.5-liter twin-turbo from the S63 AMG sedan. The motor is capable of developing 585 bhp (436 kW) and a maximum torque of 900 Nm (664 lb-ft). It should be enough to grant the coupe with a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in about 4 seconds before hitting an electronically-capped speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
