Callaway has introduced a new tuning program for the 2014 Chevrolet SS.
Designed to appeal to enthusiasts, the car features a 6.2-liter V8 engine that has been equipped with a TVS supercharger, an intercooler and a high-flow intake system. Other highlights include new fuel injectors and a "low restriction" exhaust.
Thanks to these modifications, the engine develops 570 bhp (425 kW) and 535 lb-ft (724 Nm) of torque. This enables the sedan to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds and run the quarter mile in approximately 12.4 seconds at 110 mph (177 km/h).
On the styling front there isn't much to report as the model only has Callaway badging and embroidered floor mats. The car also comes with special key fobs and "authenticity documentation."
