Chevrolet has announced plans to introduce two new Sonic sedans at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

The company declined to go into specifics but the Sonic RS sedan will likely be heavily influenced by the hatchback variant. This means we can expect an aggressive body kit, an upgraded interior and a turbocharged 1.4-liter EcoTec engine that produces 138 bhp (103 kW) and 148 lb-ft (200 Nm) of torque.

The Sonic Dusk, on the other hand, was recently previewed by a concept at the SEMA Motor Show. It will likely feature a Pearl Nickel exterior with matte trim, a rear spoiler and 18-inch alloy wheels. The cabin could also receive leather / suede seats and a MyLink infotainment system. Like the Sonic RS, the Sonic Dusk could have a turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder engine with 138 bhp (103 kW) and 148 lb-ft (200 Nm) of torque.

The models will be shown alongside the 2015 Chevrolet Colorado which is being billed as the "most capable, most versatile and technologically advanced midsized truckin the market."
