The Mercedes Sprinter has been a hit in the United States so the company is considering plans to bring the next-generation Vito and V-Class (Viano successor) to America.

Nothing is official but several sources have told Automotive News the models could arrive in the United States in 2015. Mercedes declined to comment on the report but Mercedes Van Chief Volker Mornhinweg has previously said the Sprinter was a "door opener" and could pave the way for future vans in the United States.

Mercedes has been relatively quiet about the models but the company recently released interior photos of the V-Class which showed it will have an upscale cabin with higher quality materials and improved design.
