Toyota's love affair with SpongeBob SquarePants continues as they have unveiled the SpongeBob Highlander Tanked Edition at SEMA.

Essentially a mobile aquarium, the Highlander has been equipped with an 800 gallon (3028 liter) tank that was custom designed by Tanked stars Wayde King and Brett Raymer.

The tank sits behind the front seats and holds "about 115 individual fish" including starfish, squirrelfish, Fiji foxface, flame angel, clownfish and pilot fish. To keep them safe, the tank features a custom filtration system that has a UV filter, a sterilizer, a temperature regulator and an overflow system.

According to King, “Brett and I love the challenge of designing aquariums in every shape and size and welcomed the opportunity to bring living art like this to SEMA." He added, "The teams at Toyota and Nickelodeon gave us great platforms in the Highlander and SpongeBob SquarePants to create something fun and inspiring for fans.”

The build process will be shown on an upcoming episode of Tanked and it is expected to air sometime in March.
