Honda has released a new video that gives us our first up-close look at the NSX Concept-GT race car that will compete in the 2014 Super GT Series.

Designed to promote the company's Smart Home Systems, which include everything from solar cells to generators, the clip shows the car being used to make tea. While this sounds rather odd, Honda Smart Home Systems (HSHS) are designed to provide owners with emergency power during natural disasters or power outages.

As we have previously reported, the NSX Concept-GT will compete in the GT500 class and feature a mid-mounted, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that is backed up by a racing hybrid system.
