WCF reader Lutz Valdeig has sent us a couple of renders with his vision of next year's 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman.

He came up with two possible styling approaches for Mercedes-Benz's upcoming Maybach-replacing model. One has a big pillar as seen on the Rolls-Royce Phantom and the Maybach 62, while the other features a small window between the doors which gives the impression the car is even longer. Lutz Valdeig told us he wanted to create a design which would be reminiscent of classic models but without making the car look too old fashioned. A throwback to some classic Mercedes-Benz models can be seen in the wheel design with its large center cap.

The Pullman version is due next year and will sit on top of the S-Class lineup in terms of wheelbase. It will be approximately six meters long and is rumored to receive a 2+2+2 seating arrangement thanks to an alleged 3165mm wheelbase. The starting price will be somewhere in the region of 200,000 EUR while fully-loaded versions will hit the 250,000 EUR mark.
