Ram recently introduced the 1500 Rumble Bee concept at the Woodward Dream Cruise and a new report is indicating it could be headed for production.

Speaking to Edmunds, Ram's Dave Sowers said "We will take it [the Rumble Bee concept] to some dealer shows and talk to dealers." He added "It is something that we could execute" but the company wants to gain dealer feedback first.

Sowers also revealed the production model would likely eschew the Drone Yellow exterior and the amber-encased bee that was mounted in the concept's rotary gear knob. Despite this, the production model would likely be a two-door rear-wheel drive pickup that has a lowered suspension and massive alloy wheels. We could also expect the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine to carryover with 395 bhp (294 kW) and 407 lb-ft (551 Nm) of torque.
