A new report mentions Rolls-Royce is very close to approve production of an SUV.

Bentley will be launching its first-ever SUV in 2016 so BMW has apparently decided to make a competitor part of Rolls-Royce's lineup. Torsten Mueller-Oetvoes told Automotive News during Frankfurt Motor Show the company is "thinking about entering the SUV segment." While Bentley's SUV will have a starting price of around 180,000 EUR, the Rolls-Royce competitor will be considerably more expensive taking into account their cheapest model begins at 250,000 EUR.

If you thought there were already enough crossovers and SUVs on the market, prepare for more as Jaguar has already previewed its upcoming crossover with the C-X17 concept. 2015 will be the year when Maserati will introduce the Levante, while Aston Martin’s Lagonda crossover could still happen in the years to come. In addition, let's not forget about the Lamborghini Urus which has been confirmed for a 2017 launch.
