We've just received a new batch of spy photos with the Mercedes-Benz S-Class extra-long wheelbase which is scheduled to come out sometime next year.

To avoid any confusion, we should mention right from the start this isn't the Pullman version. It's actually a new iteration of the S-Class which will be positioned above the existing long wheelbase model and below the Pullman.

While the long wheelbase model available right now in dealerships measures 5246mm long, this new version is expected to be an additional 200mm longer and feature a 2+2 seating layout. Seen here is a white prototype testing at the Nürburgring featuring a hidden third side window which isn't included in the rear door.

As for the aforementioned Pullman, the Maybach-replacing model will be almost six meters long and should adopt a 2+2+2 arrangement once it comes out possibly next May.
