Already on sale, the 2014 Maxima is now offered with a new Limited Edition Package for the 3.5 S model which costs 750 USD. In return you will get xenon smoked headlights, 18-inch alloys, compass in rearview mirror, fog lights, rear spoiler, more metallic trim and exterior mirrors featuring built-in turn signals.

While the base 3.5 S kicks off at 31,000 USD (plus 810 USD destination charges), the 3.5 SV begins at 34,090 USD so it’s 850 USD more expensive than last year. The price increase brings additional goodies such as seven-inch QVGA color monitor, RearView Monitor, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, xenon headlights and USB connectivity. Nissan is also introducing two additional paint schemes for the 2014 Maxima: Midnight Garnet and Gun Metallic.

Both versions are powered exclusively by a V6 3.5-liter engine developing 290 bhp (216 kW) working together with an Xtronic CVT.
