After rendering a coupe version of the 2014 Mazda3, Theophilus Chin is back with a more practical wagon variant of the new Japanese compact.

Mazda showed us so far the hatchback and sedan versions of its all-new "3", but many of us are already curious to see additional body styles. We don't know if there will ever be an estate version of the 2014 Mazda3 but this design proposal is very appealing and if produced will certainly be an interesting competitor to the Honda Civic Tourer, Volkswagen Golf VII Variant, Skoda Octavia Combi and other models in this segment.

Such production-feasible renders prove even wagons can have an attractive design, despite the boxy body style we are used to see in this market. The aforementioned Civic Tourer might not have an award-winning design, but it's still a breath of fresh air in the industry.

Two additional renders are available at the source link below.
