Callaway has released a teaser photo for its upcoming supercharged 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.

Callaway is announcing a supercharged version of the new Corvette via this teaser shot where we take a look at the new hood with a cutaway that reveals the intake manifold and "Supercharged" lettering. Details are limited right now, but output should be bumped to a ZR1-like level, along with other mechanical upgrades and aero tweaks. The new package promises to deliver "breathtaking power, bulletproof durability and 50-state emissions compliance."

This isn't Callaway’s first stab at the C7 as back in March they unveiled a shooting brake variant which could reach production phase in the fourth quarter if there is enough demand. In addition, they are also working on a GT3-spec Corvette Stingray which will be submitted to FIA for homologation.
